China Three Gorges Europe S.A. is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join the Supply Chain Department in Asturias, Spain. You will manage end-to-end procurement, onboarding suppliers, run RFPs, draft and negotiate contracts, and maintain records in ARIBA and SharePoint.
The idóneo candidate has an engineering or relevant degree, 5–8 years of experience in RFPs, contract management, and supplier performance. Advanced English and Spanish, proficiency with SAP and Office 365 are preferred.
