We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong iGaming background to join one of our partner team.
Responsibilities Plan team capacity, manage workloads, and prioritize the technical backlog based on business needs and available resources
Build, maintain, and continuously improve delivery processes to ensure consistent execution
Manage project plans, timelines, and scope, adapting them to changing priorities and requirements
Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers
Facilitate planning sessions, retrospectives, demos, and other team meetings
Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, timelines, and risks
Maintain up-to-date project and process documentation in Notion
What makes you a great match 2+ years of Project Management experience in the iGaming industry
Middle+ / Senior level expertise in managing technical projects and teams
Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to adapt them to business needs




Experience with delivery planning, backlog management, prioritization, and resource allocation
Good technical understanding of infrastructure, platform architecture, integrations, and cross-team dependencies
Ability to understand business and technical requirements, critically evaluate estimates, and identify delivery risks
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Result-oriented mindset, strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and ability to work effectively under pressure
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Bonus points if you have Experience building delivery processes from scratch
Experience managing complex iGaming platform projects
