This is a commercially focused Customer Success role, adecuado for someone who enjoys building senior stakeholder relationships, driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities and delivering measurable customer value.
Building relationships with senior decision-makers and executive stakeholders
Collaborating with technical teams to support customer adoption and success
Business fluent French and English
~3+ years' Customer Success experience within a SaaS environment
~ Strong commercial acumen with a track record of renewals and growth
~ Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
~ Experience with value-based customer success methodologies is highly desirable
