Legal Advisor (US Bar Admitted) - Freelance AI Trainer
Mindrift is seeking US Bar-admitted legal professionals for project-based freelance opportunities to assist in the development and refinement of AI systems for leading technology companies. This role focuses on testing, evaluating, and improving the accuracy and logic of AI-generated legal content. As a Freelance AI Trainer, contributors will be responsible for generating prompts that challenge AI systems, evaluating solutions for logical correctness,



and improving AI reasoning to align with established legal principles. The work is project-based and estimated to require approximately 10-20 hours per week during active phases. Compensation is competitive, with the potential to earn up to $35 per hour equivalent depending on the complexity of the task and the contributor's pace.
Degree in Law (Bachelor, J.Minimum of 2+ years of legal practice experience within a US jurisdiction.
Strong written English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
