Experteer Overview
In this Executive Principal Consultant role, you lead high-end adversary simulations within the Red Teaming practice, guiding engagements from planning to execution across the attack lifecycle. You will work with clients, including C-level stakeholders, to communicate risk and deliver actionable insights while safeguarding operational security. You’ll contribute to capability development, tooling, and methodologies, and mentor the next generation of Red Teamers. The position blends hands-on delivery with thought leadership in a fast-paced security services environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, plan, and execute advanced adversary simulations aligned with standards (CBEST, TIBER, CORIE, AASE, iCAST, FEER)
• Maintain strong operational security and risk mitigation throughout delivery
• Clearly communicate risks and safety concerns to clients
• Utilize off-the-shelf and custom tools to achieve objectives and evade detection




• Create and maintain custom scripts/tools to automate Red Team activities

Responsabilidades
• Experience delivering high-complexity Red Team engagements end-to-end
• Deep understanding of adversary lifecycle and TTPs
• Familiarity with evasion techniques and bypassing controls (EDR/EPP, gateways, proxies)
• Experience in stakeholder engagement with technical and executive audiences
• Excellent written English and ability to produce structured reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365 security, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), MacOS/mixed environments
