Shine is hiring for an Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Partner to shape how Shine presents itself to talent. You will lead employer branding, recruitment marketing and internal communications, partnering with Talent Acquisition, IT, Brand and leadership to tell Shine’s story credibly as we scale.
You’ll own campaigns across social media and career platforms, manage Notion pages and the LinkedIn company hub, and drive culture moments that connect and inspire.
