Finance Team Lead Tax & Compliance Europe Are you a finance professional with a strong background in tax, compliance, and financial governance? At Vanderlande, we are looking for a Team Lead Tax & Compliance Europe who will lead the regional Tax & Compliance team and help ensure a strong and compliant tax framework across our European operations.
In this role, you will contribute to managing tax risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving processes and controls, and supporting the business with practical tax solutions in a dynamic international environment.
As Team Lead Tax & Compliance Europe, you report to the Team Lead Tax & Compliance EU / LATAM and lead a team of tax and compliance professionals supporting the European organization.
You will oversee day‐to‐day tax compliance activities within Europe and provide guidance on tax matters across multiple countries,



working closely with Group Tax, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, Payroll, and local business stakeholders.
You will combine solid tax expertise with people leadership and a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring tax compliance processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and consistently across the region.
Lead, coach, and develop the Europe Tax & Compliance team.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of tax compliance and reporting activities across Europe.
Coordinate corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and other relevant tax compliance activities in cooperation with Group Tax and local Finance teams.
