At Randstad, we are currently looking for a Sales Representative (Inbound) FRANCE to join a leading cruise company in its sector, as part of the company's growth and expansion program. As Sales Representative you'll speak with customers who have already shown interest in MSC Cruises. This is a sales role, you'll combine consultative selling, product expertise and commercial skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving conversion and revenue.
Handle in-bound sales enquiries via phone.
Manage objections and confidently close sales.
Maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline.
Own your individual sales performance and build your earnings through performance.
Experience in sales, consultative selling or commercial roles.
Commercial mindset and target orientation.
Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, retail.
French – Native level required, additional languages are a strong advantage.

Working Hours: Rotating shifts, including morning and afternoon shifts, with flexibility to work some weekends.
