Position: Legal Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training Type: Contract Compensation: $85/hour Location: Remote Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19 Commitment: 21 hours/week Role Responsibilities Develop workspaces and files for AI agents to simulate realistic legal tasks. Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on vigente legal work in Spain. Evaluate and improve the performance of AI models in handling Spanish legal content. Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model reasoning and output quality. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and project goals. Qualifications Must-Have 5+ years of legal practice. Native or fluent in Spanish .



Degree from a top-20 university in Spain. Practicing in Spain, ideally a member of a Spanish bar association (colegiado). Deep knowledge of Spanish civil, commercial, or employment law.
