Epassi is hiring a Head of Total Reward to own job architecture, compensation, benefits, and pay transparency across the company. You will work with the CPO, People BPs, Finance, and Legal to scale rewards as we grow in multiple markets. A hybrid role with occasional travel is expected.
You’ll build and lead a small team, design scalable reward processes, and drive compliant, market-aligned pay programs while ensuring clear communication of reward decisions.
