At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to join a major global transformation program within the hospitality sector , supporting strategic initiatives focused on Customer Success, Marketing, Salesforce platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities . Develop and execute change management strategies and plans. Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations. Support training and enablement activities to ensure successful adoption. 5+ years of experience in Change Management ~ Proven experience supporting large-scale business or digital transformation programs ~ Experience with CRM, Customer Success, Marketing platforms, Salesforce, or related technologies is highly desirable Since 2015, Astek Iberia has been accompanying its customers in their development throughout Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Basque Country, Andalusia, Galicia, etc.).
