Ready to take finance beyond the numbers? We are looking to recruit a Financial Controller for an established company operating in a demanding, international financial environment and currently undergoing a period of development and transformation. The position will report directly to the Finance Director and will work closely with different business areas as well as international finance teams. We are looking for an experienced finance professional with a broad understanding of the finance function and the ability to oversee, coordinate and improve the company's key financial processes, with particular focus on reporting, financial control, closing processes, audit and finance transformation. To ensure the quality, accuracy and reliability of the company's financial information, coordinate the main finance processes and actively contribute to the improvement of financial procedures, controls and systems. The position will also play an important role in finance transformation, automation and process improvement projects. Participate in corporate reporting and ensure the correct application of accounting principles and standards. Oversee processes related to treasury, taxation, audit and balance sheet reconciliations. Coordinate with external and internal auditors, tax advisors and other financial stakeholders. Participate in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, as well as variance analysis. Define, review and improve internal control procedures.



Work closely with different departments to improve the quality of financial information and management processes. Actively participate in finance transformation, automation, digitalisation and process and systems improvement projects. Contribute to the implementation of new tools, procedures and ways of working within the finance function. University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field. Between 8 and 12 years of professional experience in finance-related positions. C1 level of English required, with the ability to work independently in meetings, written communications and financial documentation in an international environment. Previous career experience in audit is required, followed by subsequent experience within an operating/end-user company. Strong understanding of the full finance cycle, with the ability to understand and oversee processes including: treasury audit budgeting and forecasting internal controls Strong knowledge of financial and management accounting. Advanced Excel and data management skills. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, reporting tools, Business Intelligence and process automation is required. Experience participating in finance transformation, digitalisation and process improvement initiatives. The position requires a strong focus on finance transformation, automation and continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who can identify inefficiencies, propose improvements and actively support the adoption of new tools, systems and ways of working within the finance function.
