At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Supply Chain Department and support our mission of powering the world with renewable energy. Procurement Project Management Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from receiving purchasing requests to contract award and project closure. Prepare evaluation reports, manage internal approval workflows, and coordinate procurement-related meetings with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Maintain accurate procurement records, ensuring proper documentation and archiving within ARIBA and SharePoint. Collaborate with internal teams across CTGE, CTGS, and CTGI to support procurement activities and business objectives. Contract & Procurement Administration Monitor procurement project progress and prepare regular reports for headquarters on completed and ongoing procurement activities. Support the preparation of procurement reporting materials and analyses.



Coordinate with the contract management team to review finalized contracts and ensure proper record maintenance. Maintain and update procurement registries and databases. Ensure the archiving and traceability of special or emergency procurement projects. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers throughout the procurement lifecycle. Support supplier performance monitoring and compliance with company requirements. Participate in audits, data collection exercises, and information requests from headquarters and other stakeholders. Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with internal policies, governance standards, and documentation requirements. 5 to 8 years , with experience in RFP management, contract drafting, contract negotiations & supplier management. ~ English & Spanish (Advanced Level
- C1). Master's degree will be highly valued. Chinese will be a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and SAP desired.
