Join Our Team as a German-Speaking Lifestyle Concierge We are seeking a dedicated, professional German-speaking Lifestyle Concierge to join our dynamic team in the realm of Luxury Lifestyle Management.

Manage a wide range of requests and provide tailored services related to travel, dining, events, and more Utilize your local knowledge to offer insightful recommendations and bespoke solutions to our members Conduct thorough research and analysis to curate the best options for members' desires Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall service offering to our members, promoting all facets of Ten Group Document all interactions and keep comprehensive records of requests to ensure continuity and personalization in service Deliver exceptional customer service and receive valuable feedback to drive continuous improvement Ihre Leidenschaft für exzellenten Service, Ihre Liebe zum Detail und Ihre kommunikative Stärke machen den Unterschied. Shifts will be scheduled as either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, with 5 consecutive working days, within operating hours of 07:00 to 21:00. This is a full-time position, requiring a total of 40

working hours
per week.
