We’re looking for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, running sharp product demos and closing deals with small and medium-sized businesses. What you’ll do
* Manage online and in-person meetings with prospective customers, from discovery to negotiation and close.
* Clearly demonstrate how technology can help accommodation providers improve their commercial performance.
* Build pipeline through proactive outreach, including calls and emails.
* Attend around one or two industry events or trade fairs each year.
* Track your pipeline carefully and work towards ambitious monthly revenue targets. What we’re looking for
* Native-level German (C2) and good English (around B2).
* 1–3 years of successful sales experience in SaaS, software or services.




* A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* A strong interest in hospitality, travel or hotel technology.
* Confidence with short sales cycles, SME customers and CRM tools.
* A curious, organised and collaborative approach. What’s on offer

* Competitive compensation: typically €70,000–€120,000 OTE per year, depending on experience and track record, with a fixed and performance-based component.
