€95,000 per annum Package: All Travel & Accommodation Provided Travel: Approximately 2 Weeks Per Month Across Europe The Opportunity We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing international contractor delivering major construction projects across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven professional looking to take ownership of high-value projects while benefiting from a versátil working arrangement. You'll spend approximately two weeks per month on-site across European projects, with the remaining time working remotely from home in Madrid. All project-related travel and accommodation expenses are fully covered.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee commercial performance across multiple European construction projects
- specifically MEP packages on data center construction projects
* Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting and financial performance.
* Lead contract administration, commercial negotiations and subcontractor management.
* Identify and manage commercial risks, variations, claims and opportunities.
* Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers and senior leadership to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
* Manage procurement strategies, subcontractor agreements and payment applications.
* Monitor project profitability, cash flow and cost-to-complete forecasts.




* Support commercial reporting and provide strategic input on project delivery.
* Travel to European project locations to support delivery teams and resolve commercial matters. Requirements
* Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
* Strong background in commercial management, contract administration and cost control.
* Experience working on major construction or engineering projects.
* Experience in MEP, data centres, mission-critical or technically complex construction projects would be highly advantageous.
* Strong contractual knowledge and commercial negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent English essential; Spanish language skillsadvantageous.
* Based in Madrid or the surrounding area, with flexibility to travel across Europe. What's on Offer?
