Experteer Overview As a Staff/Senior SRE at Factorial, you will champion reliability and scalability for our 24/7 Factorial application, collaborating with a cross-functional Platform Domain team. You’ll guide best practices, mentor junior engineers, and own big initiatives that improve performance, security, and operability. Your work will enable product engineers to scale and deliver new use cases, including LLM‑integrated features and agentic workflows. This role combines hands-on cloud infrastructure with architectural thinking in a fast-growing product environment. Compensaciones / Incentivos

• 8+ years of Software/Systems Engineering experience
• 5+ years as Cloud SRE
• Strong monitoring and troubleshooting of large-scale cloud deployments
• Hands-on with Terraform or Ansible for IaC
• Observability experience with Datadog, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
• Proficiency with AWS or Azure
• Ability to debug issues in Kubernetes clusters
• Experience managing large MySQL clusters with HA configuration
• Strong problem decomposition and communication in English
