collaborating with colleagues in Spain and across Arup's global network.The role is well suited to an early-career Civil Engineer who is keen to develop strong technical skills, gain exposure to different project stages, and contribute to projects with a positive social and environmental impact.We are looking for a proactive and motivated Civil Engineer to join our Water team in Madrid.The successful candidate will have an interest in water infrastructure and a desire to develop their technical capability through hands-on project work, collaboration and mentoring.As a Civil Engineer in the Water team at Arup, you will: ·Support the design of water infrastructure, including water supply networks, drainage systems, reservoirs and flood protection solutions.·Contribute to different project stages, from bids and feasibility studies through to concept, schematic and detailed design.·Prepare calculations, technical reports, drawings, specifications and other design deliverables.·Assist with hydraulic, hydrological and civil engineering assessments, depending on project needs.·Coordinate with engineers and specialists from other disciplines on multidisciplinary projects.·Participate in meetings with colleagues, clients and project stakeholders.·Develop your technical skills through project delivery,
