Description Position at LHH (Global) Sales Enablement Manager, Continental Europe The Local Sales Enablement Manager ensures general sales enablement initiatives are successfully implemented within their respective geography.
This role bridges global strategy and local execution, adapting and cascading enablement programs to meet regional needs while maintaining consistency with global standards, messaging, and value propositions.
This role partners closely with local sales leadership to understand local priorities and represent those interests in the broader sales enablement strategy.

In this role you can expect to Key Accountabilities Localisation of Global Initiatives:Adapt global enablement programs, content and processes for the Continental Europe market.Ensure local relevance while maintaining consistency with integral standards and messaging.
• Implement Local Sales Plays: Translate global sales plays into clear, actionable steps sellers can execute in the local market.
Localize and, where necessary, translate plays, messaging and supporting materials.
Partner with local sales leadership to drive execution and adoption of priority plays.
Create local sales plays aligned with market needs.
