Setonda collaborates closely with international pharmaceutical partners across pre-production stages, including product development, clinical and preclinical studies, laboratory testing, and GMP audit preparation for EU health authorities. Role Description This full-time, on-site QC Supervisor / Deputy QC Manager role is based at Setonda Laboratorio in Montgat. The role oversees daily quality control operations, including planning, executing, and reviewing laboratory analyses to ensure compliance with internal procedures, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements. The position supervises QC staff, assigns tasks, provides technical guidance, and supports training to maintain high performance and consistent quality standards. The role collaborates with Quality Assurance, Production, and R&D; teams to investigate deviations, manage out-of-specification results,



implement corrective and preventive actions, and optimize QC workflows. The QC Supervisor / Deputy QC Manager also contributes to documentation control, method validation support, and readiness for internal and external audits. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, workload planning, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess solid Quality Control and Laboratory Skills to oversee testing, method execution, and data review in a pharmaceutical setting.
• Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret results, troubleshoot issues, and support root-cause investigations.
• Candidates should possess comprehensive Quality Assurance knowledge to align QC activities with GMP, regulatory guidelines, and audit requirements.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related scientific field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical QC laboratories, preferably within GMP-regulated environments.
• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Proficiency in laboratory software, data analysis tools, and familiarity with EU regulatory standards is advantageous.
