Barcelona | Hybrid Work Model | Full-time At Pro Expo, an agency specializing in brand experiences and international projects, we are going through an exciting phase of growth and strategic transformation. We are looking for a finance professional to join our team — someone with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the motivation to take on new challenges. ? What will your mission be? You will work directly with our CFO, playing a key role in financial controlling and improving the profitability of our projects. Your main responsibilities will include: ✅ Analyzing P&L; statements and profitability by project, client, and industry sector. ✅ Monitoring budgets, costs, and variances, identifying opportunities to improve margins. ✅ Developing financial dashboards, KPIs, and management reports to support business decision-making. ✅ Supporting cash flow planning and management, invoicing, and payments. ✅ Overseeing and supporting accounting processes, financial closing activities, and coordination with external accounting advisors.



? What are we looking for?
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial controlling, financial analysis, accounting, or auditing.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and a results-driven mindset.
• Working proficiency in English to operate in an international environment. ? What do
