- Own the strategy and roadmap for MyLearningHub, MyTalentHub, Listening platform and related talent platforms.
- Build and maintain a multi-year platform roadmap aligned to Talent and business priorities.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for platform vendors and implementation partners.
- Lead vendor governance meetings, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
- Manage contract renewals, licensing reviews, service agreements, and commercial negotiations with Procurement and Technology partners.
- Monitor vendor roadmaps and proactively identify opportunities to introduce high-value features and functionality.
- Build business cases and implementation plans for new platform capabilities.
- Ensure employees, managers and HR teams are informed and prepared for platform releases and changes through effective communications and change management.
- Translate technical platform updates into clear, user-friendly guidance and training materials.
- Act as the bridge between Talent, HR, Technology teams, vendors and end users.
- Partner closely with the GTS team on platform roadmap implementation and continuous improvement
- Coordinate troubleshooting efforts between internal Technology teams and external vendors to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Manage escalations,



identify root causes and drive timely resolution of business-critical platform issues.
- Oversee testing, release readiness and deployment activities for platform enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure platforms deliver maximum business value and user experience.
- Define and track platform adoption, user experience, and business impact metrics to maximize value and ROI.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

- 5+ years managing enterprise HR, Talent, Learning or Employee Experience platforms.
- Experience managing SaaS vendors ideally cornerstone, renewals, contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Experience owning technology roadmaps and delivering platform enhancements.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across business, technology and vendor team.
