Experteer Overview
In this role you support the AGORA rollout across Europe and Africa by coordinating activities and aligning stakeholders. You bridge Business, IT, and Deployment Teams to translate requirements into implementation plans and harmonize processes from SPIRIDON/legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA. You manage risks, readiness, and change management while driving continuous improvement. This position sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and transformation within a global, multi-country program.

• Plan and coordinate AGORA rollout activities across the region
• Serve as liaison between Business, IT, Global Process Owners, Product Owners, Deployment Teams, and local organizations
• Analyze current vs future-state processes and support harmonization to global standards
• Document requirements, deviations, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Monitor progress, manage actions, decisions, and milestones
• Support change management and user readiness; assist with testing and UAT
• Prepare management updates and decision papers for regional/global stakeholders
• Identify risks and help develop mitigation actions with IT




• Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Transformation, CPM, Process Expert, or similar
• Strong understanding of commercial and operational processes, preferably in energy or project-driven environments
• Experience with ERP transformations or SAP implementations (focus on S/4HANA, MM, SD, CS)
• Ability to translate business needs into system/process implications and communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple, international stakeholder groups
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process modeling skills
• Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of SPIRIDON and AGORA is a plus
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus
• Self-driven, proactive, collaborative attitude
