Experteer Overview
As Lead Product Manager for Trust u0026amp; Safety, you shape the strategy to detect and prevent fraud while preserving a seamless user experience. You’ll own the end-to-end Trust u0026amp; Safety roadmap across multiple markets, turning risk insights into proactive, AI-powered protections. You will partner with data science and engineering to deploy real-time detection and decisioning, balancing security with marketplace growth. This role offers influence at leadership level and the chance to scale safety infrastructure in a fast-moving, AI-enabled marketplace.

• Own the Trust u0026 Safety product strategy and roadmap, converting risk and user insight into a prioritized plan.
• Shift from reactive incident response to proactive fraud prevention with a risk engine and anomaly detection tooling.
• Design and productionize AI-native safety experiences using ML models, LLMs, and behavioral signals.
• Balance mitigation with growth, minimizing friction for legitimate users and marketplace supply.
• Define and track success metrics (fraud loss, false positives/negatives, time-to-resolution, trust scores).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to align outcomes.
• Build instrumentation to measure fraud rates,



model performance, and impact at scale.
• Develop business cases on fraud losses and ROI; secure resources and prioritize based on data.
• Ensure compliance and security requirements across markets; leverage AI to improve PM practices.
• Represent Trust u0026 Safety to executives, communicating strategy and results clearly.

Responsabilidades
• Significant product management experience in a digital, high-scale environment (e-commerce, marketplace, etc.).
• Proven track record in trust-related areas (Trust u0026 Safety, Fraud Prevention, Risk, Identity u0026 Verification, etc.).
• Experience building scalable systems to detect and mitigate abuse and risk.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with metrics-based decision-making.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, Compliance).
• Experience with machine learning, risk scoring, detection, or automation; AI-powered trust products a plus.
• Ability to balance user experience, growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.
• Comfort with ambiguity, ownership of complex problems, and stakeholder influence.
