Experteer Overview
In this role you lead large IT programs, guiding cross‑functional teams to deliver complex technology initiatives. You will drive governance, benefits realization and stakeholder alignment across international contexts. You tackle transformation projects in workplace and collaboration tech, cloud adoption and service rationalization, shaping scalable solutions. You work closely with engineering teams to ensure on‑time, quality delivery and maintain audit‑ready documentation. • Oversee quality assurance, coding standards adherence, and value creation activities.
• Promote process improvement, ensure compliance, and participate in technical design discussions.

Responsabilidades




• 10–15+ years of IT project/program/portfolio delivery with proven leadership of complex technology programs in international environments.
• Experience in Workplace u0026 Collaboration technologies, digital workplace transformation, cloud adoption, and enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Strong program management practices: governance, stakeholder engagement, benefits management, planning and control, risk and opportunity management, quality, procurement and resource management.
• Professional certification preferred (PMP, PMI, IPMA or equivalent) or equivalent agile/program management credentials.
• Proven ability to lead distributed, multi-disciplinary teams and influence senior stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to translate complexity into actionable options.
• Strong experience with PM tooling, reporting, financial tracking, resource planning and delivery performance management.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end project lifecycles and benefits realization.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills across cultures and levels.
