As a Logistics Coordinator at Ball, you ensure efficient movement of goods while maintaining regulatory compliance. You’ll work closely with warehouse, customer service, carriers, and customs partners to keep supply chains reliable. You’ll handle shipping plans, documentation, and data reporting, shaping how Ball delivers sustainable packaging globally. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Coordinate daily logistics with warehouse operations and customer service to support efficient goods movement
• Monitor shipping requirements, prepare picking lists, and ensure timely execution of shipping plans and dispatch activities
• Prepare and manage export, customs, and shipping documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance
• Represent Ball in customs-related matters and collaborate with customs brokers on legislative and procedural changes
• Arrange transportation, issue transport orders, track deliveries, and proactively communicate delays or deviations




• Monitor warehouse inventory levels and coordinate transfers to external warehouses as needed
• Prepare transportation, inventory, carrier performance, and monthly operational reports (including Intrastat)

Responsabilidades
• Min 5 years of experience in logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and data management
• Experience coordinating logistics, transportation, shipping, or warehouse activities
• Knowledge of customs processes, import/export documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external carriers, and customs partners
• Strong organizational skills with multi-priority management and prompt issue resolution
• Knowledge of customer service and warehouse environments is advantageous
• Communicative English
