In this role, you empower MSPs to build, run, and scale Splunk-based managed services. You will lead technical onboarding, validate architectures, and drive observability-focused offerings to accelerate partner growth. You’ll co-develop solutions that combine Splunk ITSI with Splunk Observability or AppDynamics, shaping a thriving regional technical community. This position sits at the intersection of technical enablement and strategic partner success, within a collaborative Cisco ecosystem.

• Lead MSP onboarding including architecture validation and operating model design
• Review and optimize Splunk architectures (on-prem and cloud) for performance
• Develop observability-focused MSP offerings using Splunk ITSI with Splunk Observability or AppDynamics
• Guide cost-optimized architecture choices to support service packaging and automation
• Oversee architectural/operational assessments with Splunk Professional Services




• Build regional technical community via roundtables and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Deliver targeted enablement to address MSP capability gaps and raise engineering maturity and certifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Splunk and Cisco architectures and GTM motions

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years working with or for MSPs in a technical capacity (pre-sales, solution architecture, partner enablement, or delivery)
• Experience deploying/configuring/managing Splunk Cloud and Splunk Enterprise
• Experience with Splunk ITSI and Splunk Observability or AppDynamics
• Experience delivering MSP operations including onboarding and architecture validation
