Experteer Overview
In this IT Engineer 3 role you ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations for Quince’s distributed workforce. You’ll own onboarding/offboarding from a tech perspective, asset lifecycle, and core systems access, while delivering reliable support and documenting processes. You’ll work with integral teams to improve IT practices, security, and device management, enabling faster, safer collaboration. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective (account setup, hardware configuration, access provisioning)
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, decommissioning)
• Set up and maintain video conferencing systems (Zoom, Google Meet)
• Handle user access provisioning/de-provisioning across core systems (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack)
• Provide day-to-day technical support onsite and remote
• Maintain and document IT processes, inventory, and access logs




• Collaborate with global IT and security teams to implement best practices and data protection
• Support office technology operations (network troubleshooting, printer setup, AV maintenance)
• Assist in IT equipment audits
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects such as process automation and IT system enhancements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 4-8 years of IT support experience
• Experience in corporate or fast-paced startup with distributed teams
• Preferred: experience in retail, e-commerce, or technology industries
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
• Ability to work independently and with global teams
