Experteer Overview
In this role you drive sourcing of transport and logistics services across an international network, partnering with carriers and warehousing partners to secure cost-efficient, capable solutions. You will lead market reviews, tenders, supplier evaluations, and negotiations to deliver value, service, and resilience. The role focuses on the EMEA region with support for APAC and global initiatives, contributing to a broad supply chain transformation. You work cross-functionally to simplify processes and improve outcomes for Baxter’s customers and patients.

• Shape sourcing strategies for transport and logistics services including market reviews, tenders, and supplier evaluations
• Negotiate and manage contracts, rate cards, renewals, and service levels
• Build relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, parcel providers, and warehouse partners; implement improvements
• Use spend data and total-cost analyses to identify savings and develop business cases
• Coordinate priorities across countries, functions, and business units to keep projects moving




• Monitor market developments and propose supplier-led innovations to streamline processes and increase efficiency
• Support broader Supply Chain projects and transitions when needed

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and procurement/logistics experience
• Hands-on experience with external suppliers: sourcing, cost review, negotiation, performance follow-up, savings delivery, contracting (MSAs, SOWs, Amendments, NDAs)
• Strong financial understanding and ability to translate data into recommendations
• Exposure to logistics network optimization, warehouse/transport transitions, or supply chain transformation advantageous
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience advantageous; familiarity with AI tools (Copilot) welcome
• Fluent English; French an advantage
• Data-informed decision making and strong stakeholder management
