Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead mission systems engineering for maritime surveillance and ASW platforms. You will work within a cross-functional team to translate customer requirements into design solutions and ensure airworthiness across the lifecycle. You’ll assess innovative technologies, oversee system integration and Vu0026amp;V activities, and guide suppliers and campaigns. This position offers exposure to complex, multi-sensor suites and international collaboration, with a tangible impact on critical defense missions.

• Lead Systems Engineering activities in the Mission Systems field
• Translate customer requirements into design solutions
• Assess innovative technologies and architectures for cost-benefit impact
• Specify, integrate, qualify and certify Mission Systems and ensure airworthiness
• Lead detailed system design: functional requirements, modelling, subsystem specs, ICDs
• Manage Sensor u0026 Subsystem integration for Acoustic, MAD, Radar, etc.




• Oversee System Integration u0026 Lifecycle Management within a V-shape lifecycle
• Lead Vu0026V activities including lab validation and flight/testing support
• Provide technical guidance to specialized suppliers throughout procurement
• Support Services and Commercial campaigns related to Mission Systems

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years in ISR Mission Systems or Avionics in aerospace/defense
• Strong background in Mission Systems or Avionics engineering
• Languages: Spanish and English (required); French knowledge desirable
• Willingness to travel and work in international environments
• Experience with airworthiness/certification processes
