Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and implement long-term category strategies to support corporate objectives, driving value through strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships. You will lead high-stakes negotiations and manage supplier relationships to achieve cost savings and quality standards. You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Finance, Programs and Operations to align sourcing with business needs. The role offers impact on TCO reduction, risk mitigation and supply security within a multicultural team. This is an opportunity to shape procurement strategy in a global aerospace environment.

• Design and implement long-term category strategies and sourcing roadmaps aligned with financial and operational objectives
• Lead complex negotiations on pricing, terms, and SLAs to deliver cost savings
• Manage supplier relationships through SRM, onboarding best-in-class suppliers and driving performance
• Conduct market intelligence and analysis on commodity trends and price volatility




• Mitigate supply chain risks with robust contingency plans to ensure continuity and supply security
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Finance, Programs, and Operations to integrate needs into sourcing strategy
• Drive cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement in supplier performance
• Monitor and adapt strategies in line with organizational goals and external market conditions

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Proven track record in strategic category management, global sourcing, and complex contract negotiation
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities
• Ability to influence at all organizational levels and work in a networking mode
• Advanced English proficiency
• Advanced data-driven decision-making and use of analytical tools for market analysis
