Experteer Overview
In this role, you orchestrate the AI use case portfolio to translate ideas into measurable ROI, aligning AI initiatives with Airbus Defence and Space strategy. You will bridge business units, data science, and leadership to scale high-impact AI across the enterprise. You design governance, evaluation, and prioritization frameworks, ensuring ethical, compliant, and technically feasible delivery. You drive value realization and establish dashboards to track ROI and strategic outcomes. This is an opportunity to shape AI-enabled operational excellence at scale within a regulated, high-tech environment.

• Collaborate on the AI Use Case Portfolio workflow from ideation to value realization.
• Design and refine the AI use case intake, evaluation, approval, and governance framework.
• Develop prioritization methodologies considering business value, strategic alignment, feasibility, AI maturity, resources, delivery complexity, and risk.
• Partner with business units to identify high-value AI opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.




• Support AI Use Case roadmap development and sequencing; monitor portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and investment allocation.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate initiatives and maximize reuse of AI capabilities across Airbus Defence u0026 Space.

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in a relevant field (per Education)
• Proven experience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, or Business Analysis in a high-tech or highly regulated environment
• Strong understanding of AI lifecycle (MLOps), Generative AI, and modeling approaches
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influence skills
• Familiarity with EU AI Act and Responsible AI frameworks (desirable)
• Proactive use of Generative AI and agentic workflows for business optimization
