Experteer Overview
In this role, you will manage and optimize the flow of goods across borders to support Diamond Foundry’s rapid, sustainable growth. You will serve as the operational bridge between the company, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to ensure compliant, timely shipments. You’ll drive end-to-end logistics, from documentation to customs clearance, across our Spanish facilities and integral network. You will shape processes and vendor choices to reduce delays and cost, while safeguarding Health u0026amp; Safety requirements. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage import/export documentation and customs compliance (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, air waybills, customs declarations, HS code classification) to ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate cross-border and domestic shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely clearance
• Monitor shipments end-to-end, communicate status and delays,



handle incidents, and manage insurance claims when needed
• Apply Incoterms correctly and control logistics costs by auditing freight, storage, demurrage, duties, and other invoices; oversee records for hazardous or regulated materials
• Define, implement, and improve import/export processes and evaluate brokers and logistics solutions
