Overview

In this role you lead design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement solutions, driving both greenfield and brownfield implementations. You will align client needs with scalable SAP configurations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and influence strategic decisions. You will translate complex requirements into actionable project specs and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on impactful, cloud and on‑premise SAP S/4 HANA delivery.

Responsabilidades

- Analyze and translate business requirements into solution specifications tailored to client needs
- Create cohesive frameworks to support solution development and ensure alignment with project goals
- Identify necessary changes for new or existing features to maintain solution relevance
- Document use cases and requirements to guide system changes and feature implementations
- Demonstrate functional solutions to business stakeholders, IT clients, and development teams
- Leverage expertise to resolve complex business issues with team-delivered solutions




- Define methods and procedures for new assignments and choose optimal solution approaches
- Set near-term goals and guide the team toward solution-oriented objectives
- Negotiate and influence decisions related to solution adoption and strategic alignment
- Exercise autonomy to determine objectives and approaches for critical assignments

Requisitos principales

- Experience implementing SAP S/4 Cloud and On-Premise for Sourcing & Procurement (public and private)
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass is advantageous
- Business system analysis including requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Experience coordinating with offshore and onsite teams for project delivery
- Experience delivering IT application development lifecycle requirements (JIRA, ALM tools, Visio, Signavio)
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
