Responsabilidades
- Lead design and implementation of large-scale distributed systems to ensure availability, scalability, performance, and efficiency
- Drive CI/CD strategy integrating velocity, availability, quality, and security
- Automate operations to reduce toil and shorten recovery time
- Improve observability and implement advanced alerting to speed issue detection
- Define and iterate on SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs across services
- Participate in on-call incident support and perform root-cause analysis with post-mortems
- Set standards and adopt new technologies to evolve the SRE practice
Requisitos principales
- Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering principles
- 5–7 years IT experience with 3 years in Dev Ops/SRE (7 years for Senior role)
- 2 years of leadership experience (Senior roles)
- College/university degree with focus on IT or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and English communication skills
- Willingness to learn and apply new technologies
- Must-have: proficiency in writing software in OOP languages (Java/Node Js/Go/Python); experience with large-scale distributed systems
- Passion for SRE/Dev Ops
- Experience with AI tools like Claude Code or Git Hub Copilot
