Overview

In this role you will lead quality on the Fuselage line of the C295, ensuring on-time, on-cost parts delivery while reducing non-conformities. You’ll manage a inspectors team and work closely with FAL, Procurement and MFT to strengthen customer satisfaction. You will rapidly address quality issues, establish containment and corrective actions, and monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement. This position offers exposure to high-stakes production in a global aerospace environment.

Responsabilidades

- Deliver parts to internal customers on Quality, on Time and on Cost
- Organize and optimize inspection activities and lead Operational Surveillance
- Contribute to robust production takt time through rapid issue resolution and FOD prevention




- Perform fast response to quality issues with the Multi-Functional team and customer
- Establish containment, corrective and preventive actions
- Follow up on KPIs and implement action plans as needed
- Carry out investigations and root cause analysis from reported quality/technical issues (PPS)

Requisitos principales

- Engineering degree

- Proficient in English; daily work in Spanish
