Overview

In this role you will manage and drive improvement projects, acting as a Project Manager and PMO to support transformation at the Tablada Plant. You will define scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risks and stakeholders to deliver value. You will standardize governance, processes, and reporting while prioritizing projects aligned with strategy. You will also lead Lean/Operational Excellence initiatives to remove non-value-added activities, contributing to reliable, compliant operations that support Airbus’ growth.

Responsabilidades

- Lead improvement projects as PM: define scope,



schedule and budget; coordinate team; manage risk; handle stakeholders and customer management; ensure deliverables.
- Act as PMO driving transformation and strategic projects: define governance, methodology and processes; prioritize projects per strategy; standardize reporting and portfolio reviews; manage capacity and resources; support other Project Managers.
- Implement Lean / Operational Excellence actions: apply Operational Excellence System; eradicate non-value-added activities in processes.
