Overview

As a PSIND Configuration Specialist, you will create and maintain pMBOMs in PLM and ERP, ensuring alignment with engineering inputs and customer requirements. You will safeguard consistency between eBOM and pMBOM across development, changes, and industrialization. You will lead pMBOM changes from customer requirements and releases, and manage data related to product structure, plant transfers, and supplier changes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to hit industrialization milestones and continuously improve configuration and data management processes. Responsabilidades

- Create and maintain pMBOM in PLM and ERP based on engineering inputs, project specs, and customer requirements
- Ensure consistency between eBOM and pMBOM throughout development, changes, and industrialization
- Manage pMBOM changes from customer requirements and engineering releases
- Configure and maintain product structure data for changes (production plant transfers, supplier changes, etc.)




- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to meet industrialization milestones and planning commitments
- Own the pMBOM configuration process, ensuring data accuracy, traceability, and continuous improvement in configuration and data management processes

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
- 3-5 years in Manufacturing Engineering, Product Configuration, BOM Management, or related areas
- Strong knowledge of complex product structures, BOM preparation, and change management
- Cross-functional experience with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter and SAP
- Project Manager or Coordinator experience in industrialization, manufacturing, or product development environments
- English proficiency: B2/C1 level
