As a Data Scientist in the CDS Advanced Analytics & AI team, you will shape AI-powered solutions across the SD Worx Group. You’ll lead the full AI lifecycle from problem understanding to deployment and continuous improvement, collaborating with business and engineering peers. You’ll apply ML, Generative AI and LLMs to automate and optimize complex processes, translating business needs into scalable, production-ready solutions. Responsabilidades

- Design and develop AI solutions using ML, Generative AI, LLMs, retrieval-based systems and agentic AI.
- Apply statistics and machine learning to solve business problems and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop GenAI solutions leveraging foundation models for enterprise data and processes.
- Translate business problems into AI solutions, selecting models, data sources and technologies.
- Prepare and structure data and knowledge for AI systems with quality and relevance.
- Define evaluation approaches and assess AI solutions before and after deployment.
- Deploy AI solutions to production ensuring scalability, security and reliability.




- Monitor and continuously improve AI solutions using operational data and feedback.
- Stay current with AI developments and assess value for the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address real business needs and share reusable AI practices.
- Ensure Responsible AI regarding security, privacy, governance and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.

Requisitos principales

- Master’s degree in related field.
- 5–7 years in Data Science, ML or AI roles.
- Strong knowledge of ML, statistics and modern AI techniques.
- Strong Python programming skills and relevant libraries.
- Experience with structured and unstructured data for AI solutions.
- Hands-on with Generative AI and LLMs or equivalent modern AI tech.
- Understanding of connecting AI with enterprise data and knowledge.
- Experience designing evaluation and testing approaches for AI.
- Ability to move from experimentation to production-ready solutions.
- Experience with Azure or similar cloud platforms and CI/CD practices.
- APIs and integration of AI into applications and business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
