As a Project Manager at Honeywell, you lead Building Automation field projects from start to closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting quality and safety standards. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement. This on-site role combines technical oversight with stakeholder management in Monterrey.

Responsabilidades

- Lead Building Automation Field Services projects from initiation to closeout
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies
- Coordinate with field service, engineering, sales, subcontractors, and customers
- Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigations
- Manage project financials including cost tracking and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations
- Drive continuous improvement and share lessons learned
- Provide project status updates to stakeholders




- Support customer relationship management throughout the lifecycle
- Leverage data to improve future project outcomes

Requisitos principales

- 6 years of project management experience in Building Automation, BMS, controls, or related environments
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity
- Strong project management knowledge and methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and customer-facing projects
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, cost control, resource management
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks and drive outcomes
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with project management systems and business reporting tools
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
