Overview

As Transformation Lead for the UNIFY program, you will drive standardized processes and modern ERP deployments across international settings. You’ll enable adoption of common data, reporting, and ways of working, delivering measurable business impact. You’ll translate global designs to local action and steer cross‑functional collaboration with process owners and sponsors. You will shape the future operating model, balancing governance with practical deployment. This role offers influence across Europe and International regions in a bold, digitally enabled transformation.

Responsabilidades

- Lead deployment of standardized business processes and ERP solutions aligned with global standards
- Drive adoption of common processes, data, and reporting tools to create value
- Lead transition from current to future-state processes with governance alignment
- Support local transformation initiatives translating global solutions into business impact




- Collect and translate business improvement requests to evolve solutions with general owners
- Manage stakeholder alignment with global process owners, leaders and sponsors

Requisitos principales

- Strong experience leading business transformation in international environments
- Solid ERP background with hands-on SAP implementations and day-to-day usage
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional and multicultural projects across business, IT, and data teams
- Deep expertise in transactional sales (pricing, quotations, order management, EDI)
- Good functional understanding of Order-to-Cash, Finance, Data, and Supply Chain processes
- Excellent communication, structuring, and problem-solving with a focus on simplification and standardization
- Agile, analytical, collaborative mindset with stakeholder influence in matrix organizations
- Fluent English; willing to travel occasionally (up to one week/month)
