In this Senior Manager role, you lead complex procurement transformation programs spanning spend analysis, sourcing strategy, category management, and operating model design. You will drive AI-enabled initiatives like Spend Optimization and Procurement Reinvention, shaping client ecosystems with supplier analytics and dashboards. You’ll build and maintain C-level relationships, contribute to revenue growth, and mentor multi-disciplinary teams. Responsabilidades

- Lead end-to-end procurement transformation engagements across spend analysis, sourcing strategy, category management, supplier performance, and operating model design
- Deploy Spend Optimization and Procurement Reinvention programs, including AI-first operating models and ecosystem integration (SAP/Ariba, Coupa, iValua, iCertis)
- Oversee design and implementation of Supplier 360 and procurement analytics dashboards for visibility and insight-driven decisions
- Drive value realization through outcome-based commercial models with measurable results (cost savings, supplier reduction, compliance improvements)
- Build and nurture C-level relationships (CPO, CFO, COO, CSCO) at existing and target accounts




- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, RFPs, and executive presentations
- Leverage networks in Resources (Utilities, Oil & Gas) to generate pipeline and accelerate commercial discussions
- Develop compelling points of view and credentials to differentiate the firm’s offerings

Requisitos principales

- 8–15 years of procurement consulting experience
- Minimum 4 years at a top-tier management consulting or specialist procurement firm
- Proven track record delivering large-scale procurement transformations
- Strong exposure to Resources sector (Utilities, Oil & Gas)
- Experience with C-level stakeholders and multi-country/integral engagements
- Contribution to business development: pipeline, proposals, client networks
- Deep expertise across procurement value chain (strategic sourcing, category management, supplier performance, contract management, P2P)
- Familiarity with AI-enabled procurement tools and ROI articulation (e.g., Syn Ops, SAP Ariba, Coupa, iValua, iCertis, Spend HQ)
- Understanding of agentic AI applications and AI-first operating models
- Knowledge of commercial models (outcome-based, fixed fee, hybrid, FTE)
- Proficiency in procurement analytics and data-driven decision-making
