Overview

In this role you will drive AI-powered product development, launches, and ongoing refinements to meet user needs and business goals. You will partner with line-function Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate vision into a deliverable product roadmap, while enabling data-driven decisions and ethical AI deployment. You operate in a dynamic environment, guiding teams through complexity to quickly realize product value. Responsabilidades

- Support product management of one or more products depending on scale and complexity
- Coordinate development, launch, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products with business owners and cross-functional teams
- Translate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives
- Manage product lifecycle including MVP development, scaling,



and refinement via data-driven decision-making (technical, adoption and value metrics)
- Track product budget and resource allocation to maximize ROI and maintain stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with DDIT and external parties to ensure seamless product delivery and transition to maintenance

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (desirable)
- 5+ years in life science sector and product management experience
- Demonstrated experience in development, launch, and scaling of products from conception to market
- Strong stakeholder management, process design, and value realization capabilities
- Experience supporting product strategy, development, and continuous improvement
- Experience in both startup and enterprise environments
