Overview

In this role you will lead general fraud detection and risk mitigation for Glovo, shaping rules, models, and dashboards across markets. You’ll integrate AI into the anti-fraud pipeline and drive measurable reductions in losses. You work with Operations, Legal, and Data teams to scale detection and deliver self-service monitoring for multiple markets. Your insights inform countermeasures and leadership reporting, always aiming for practical, fair solutions that align with couriers’ realities.

Responsabilidades

- Define global fraud rules, thresholds and detection logic across all markets
- Build and deploy detection frameworks including heuristic scores, rule engines and anomaly flags
- Bring AI/ML into the fraud pipeline from prototype to production




- Develop self-service dashboards for 10+ markets and enable rapid action by ops teams
- Collaborate with Operations and Legal to align enforcement with regulations
- Lead deep-dives to quantify impact and drive countermeasures and leadership reporting
- Understand courier incentives and pain points to design effective, fair solutions

Requisitos principales

- 3+ years in a data analyst or analytics engineer role with business impact
- Strong SQL and Python for production-grade queries and scripts
- Hands-on AI/ML experience with end-to-end lifecycle from prototype to production
- Structured problem solving to turn ambiguity into clear workstreams
- Strategic thinking to identify high-leverage initiatives
- English fluency and ability to push proposals through senior stakeholders
