Overview

As a Knowledge Graph Engineer in Accenture’s Data & AI practice in Spain, you will lead future-state process design and AI integration for clients. You will act as a domain authority, shaping how AI agents operate within business processes and supporting transformation outcomes. You’ll run client workshops, defend recommendations to leadership, and contribute to playbooks for scalable delivery. This hybrid Barcelona role blends in-person collaboration with remote work to drive tangible value at speed and scale.

Responsabilidades

- Lead future-state process specification and AI integration design
- Run client discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews; present recommendations to senior leadership
- Drive benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments
- Facilitate design thinking sessions and co-creation workshops
- Connect operating model to process designs to drive practical transformation




- Contribute to business development through qualified opportunities and proposals
- Coach junior practitioners on process redesign and AI design principles
- Embed AX Design principles into process specifications, including AI agent experiences and handoffs

Requisitos principales

- Proven experience in process excellence, redesign, or management consulting
- Ability to lead client discovery workshops and present to senior leadership
- Experience with benchmarking analyses and change-impact assessments
- Experience designing future-state processes with AI, including operating model changes and adoption approaches
- Hands-on experience integrating AI and automating business process design
- Deep expertise delivering project work in at least one industry domain (e.g., Public Service)
- Applied knowledge of AI Design principles for AI agent experiences within process designs
- Fluent in Spanish (C2/native) and strong English (C1)
