Overview

In this role you will lead data-driven performance marketing efforts across regions, partnering with marketers, data engineers, and data scientists to uncover growth opportunities and optimize campaigns. You will own high-impact regional campaigns (Africa, EE, Balkans, or SWE), collaborating across channels to drive acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement. You’ll champion continuous optimization through A/B testing and rigorous performance analysis while sharing best practices to elevate the team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with a strong impact on growth and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

- Lead 360-scale regional campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, ASA, Paid Social, SEM, programmatic)
- Drive acquisition, activation, reactivation, and re-engagement through paid campaigns




- Own performance targets and deliver on key metrics to grow the business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, local marketing, BI, and Martech teams
- Conduct A/B tests and performance analyses to maximize efficiency
- Share insights and best practices to uplift team performance

Requisitos principales

- 3-5+ years in performance marketing
- Proven ability to scale campaigns and optimize ROAS
- Strong understanding of measurement, attribution, and incrementality
- Analytical mindset with data-to-insights capability
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns and stakeholder collaboration
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch, Appsflyer)
