Overview

As the BA/Architect Lead in the Intelligent Operations FS program, you bridge business and technology to translate banking operations into implementable designs. You own end-to-end requirements and guide architecture within a multi-shore delivery model that blends client-facing governance with offshore execution. You’ll influence cross-workstream decisions on data flows, platforms, and process design, ensuring quality gates and UAT sign-off. This role offers impact at scale in a complex banking modernization program and exposure to AI-assisted delivery approaches.

Responsabilidades

- Lead requirements gathering and BRD authoring across KYC, Estates, CEP workstreams with client stakeholders
- Define functional labels and traceability; produce functional designs for AI-assisted development
- Manage BA scope and coordinate with technical architects on To-Be designs
- Run workshops in English; translate outputs to English artefacts if needed
- Participate in stage-gate reviews, CAB governance,



and quality checkpoints with functional sign-off
- Identify scope gaps and risks; escalate with documentation to Delivery Lead and PMO
- Support test strategy and UAT execution; review cases and sign off on outcomes
- Contribute to program-level architecture decisions on data flows and cross-workstream consistency

Requisitos principales

- Minimum 8 years in business analysis or functional architecture with at least 4 years in SI programs
- Deep understanding of retail and commercial banking operations (KYC/AML, client lifecycle, estates, complaints, core banking workflows)
- Proven track record delivering BRDs and functional specs in fixed-milestone SI engagements
- Experience in dual-shore delivery models bridging onshore and offshore teams
- Strong stakeholder management across client leads, offshore teams, and sponsors
