Overview

In this role you guide operational excellence and continuous improvement, ensuring client SLAs are met while empowering teams. You blend Saviynt IAM expertise with Java development and strong leadership to drive innovation and improve organizational performance. You will work with cross-functional partners to optimize processes and solve complex problems, contributing to scalable, secure identity governance. This position offers impact through process automation, reporting, and strategic collaboration with global teams.

Responsabilidades

- Enhance operational systems using Saviynt and Java to improve reporting, information flow, and business processes
- Ensure the support team consistently meets client expectations through Saviynt-based identity governance and access management
- Lead and mentor project teams with transparent communication, Java-based development, and collaboration
- Drive process innovation by identifying new ideas for development and optimization using Saviynt for automation




- Provide tailored Java/Saviynt solutions aligned with customer needs to achieve business results

Requisitos principales

- 8 years of experience in Saviynt development/implementation
- Minimum 2 years in Level 3 Saviynt IGA support
- Proficient in Java/J2EE, Java Script, XML, and scripting languages
- Strong knowledge of LDAP and access reviews/certifications in Saviynt
- Excellent Java debugging skills and experience with Saviynt workflows/forms
- Experience with application servers (Tomcat, Web Logic, Websphere) and J2EE products
- Excellent communication and ability to work with integral counterparts
- Customer-facing exposure is a must
