Overview

As Production Manager for the Rainbow Six Siege team, you drive the delivery of features through effective processes, timelines, and resources. You bridge stakeholders and developers to translate the vision into concrete deliverables, while maintaining cadence, quality, and budget. You lead an agile, multidisciplinary team, optimize pipelines, and manage risks and dependencies. This role blends hands-on leadership with cross-functional collaboration to support Ubisoft Barcelona's live game projects at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Own the development area and ensure the vision translates into deliverables
- Report progress, anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and support the team within defined budgets and schedules
- Identify bottlenecks and improve pipelines for leaner workflows
- Maintain alignment between development teams, external partners and organizational goals




- Lead an Agile multidisciplinary team and negotiate scope for each season with stakeholders
- Create schedules and roadmaps, define mandates, priorities and KPIs with stakeholders
- Manage risk and ensure clear communication and visibility with stakeholders
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture with realistic goals and open feedback
- Participate in hiring and development of team members

Requisitos principales

- Strong player-centric mindset and understanding of game development fundamentals
- Solid grasp of production techniques and Agile methodologies
- Autonomous and proactive with risk anticipation
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary and international teams
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficiency with game production tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Office Suite)
- Passion for video games; knowledge of competitive FPS scene is a plus
- +3 years’ experience in team coordination/management; game production experience
