Overview

In this role you drive programs to optimize FBA Heavy Bulky operations across the EU, blending strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that improve performance, seller experience, and cost efficiency within a growing, end-to-end heavy item ecosystem. You’ll work with multiple internal teams to apply data-driven improvements and shape scalable solutions. This is a high-impact role that pairs analytical rigor with operational execution to unlock growth across EU markets.

- Launch programs and track key objectives, reporting progress to leadership
- Analyze data to identify operational challenges and develop continuous improvement initiatives

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business management or related field
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Experience defining program requirements and using data/metrics to drive improvements
